MFP Hourly Rate Discount

Basic Estate Planning Package
My Basic Estate Planning Package includes advice, preparation and execution of a simple will, a living will, a durable power of attorney, and a health care power of attorney.
A will sets forth how and to whom your property will pass upon your death. The living will sets forth your wishes regarding medical intervention if you are terminally ill or in a vegetative state. The durable power of attorney auhtorizes a person to take care of financial transactions. The health care power of attorney authorizes a person to make medical decisions for you when you are incapacitated.
Generally, both single and married adults should have a basic estate planning package prepared, just in case, something were to happen.
